FAQs
Upon completion of the course delegates will be enrolled into the Growth Academy Alumni which holds regular meet ups throughout the year, allowing ample opportunity for delegates to network and enhance their profile in the business community.
We welcome more than one person from each organisation however the delegates must be in either a management or leadership role, preferably with at least 3 year’s experience. For organisations who wish to book on a number of their team then we can discuss the option of having the course delivered on a ‘closed classroom’ basis where delegates in attendance would only be from the one organisation.
Delegates can opt to have their attendance at the course accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) up to the equivalent of a Level 7 professional accreditation. This option will involve some post-attendance work.
Delegates must be either a Director or owner of a business based in the UK. The business must be registered and employ at least 5 staff. This is to ensure that the learning is pitched at the right level and to ensure the most effective outcomes for all.
This unique course will not only allow delegates to crystalize their experience of running a business by learning about the key theories but will also allow them to bring in a live ‘problem’ that they need support with. This could be how to improve sales, how to shorten the working capital cycle or where best to raise investment for growth
